MFR, in Europe, is now an unmissable event for technology enthusiasts, digital artisans, schools, universities, trainers, research centers, artists, students, businesses, curious and enthusiasts of all ages ready to take a leap into the future!
Maker Faire Rome – 2020 edition will take place from 10 to 13 December and will be blended, a mix of digital and face-to-face events, free for the public. The motto of #MFR2020? Onsite, online, onlife!
Maker Faire Rome – The European Edition 2020 offers, in fact, a new format that favors the use of digital sessions, through platforms and online channels.
Moments that are not only “physical” but also “virtual”, designed ad hoc to bring together the public, companies, makers, innovators, startups, offering everyone an engaging and memorable user experience .
#MFR2020 is therefore confirmed as the hub of the event and strengthens the offer of training content dedicated to both professionals and the general public.
The international dimension also makes use of the contributions of fablab & makerspaces, universities, research centers of excellence, academies, innovation hubs, accelerators, companies and institutions from Europe and the world.
Robotics and artificial intelligence, AR and VR, IoT, digital manufacturing, self-production, space exploration, food-tech, agri-tech, urban-tech and green building, art, music, mobility, health, circular economy, sustainability, environment and change climate, innovation and technologies for training and much more.
It is an opportunity to present your innovations no later than 22nd October 2020 (extended deadline) and be selected – for free – and show case them during the event to be held from 10 to 13 December on the digital platform. If you are selected, you can present your project within the schedule of the event: you will have moments of direct streaming and interaction with the audience.
