The Design For Life (DFL) event is a project by Estúdio Brand Inove, based in Recife, Brazil. Created in 2019, it’s on the 2nd Edition, a partnership with  HospitalMed – for the last 10 years considered the most significant Health Convention in the country’s North and North East.

Design For Life is also supported by Careables, an international collaboration allowing citizens to co-create and deliver customised health products through digital manufacturing.

About the event

Design For Life (DFL) proposes for the health and well-being of people. The event was conceived in 2019 for the HospitaMed Fair and was focused on sharing design knowledge and learning and exposing already designed solutions. DFL reunites environments in a single space to meet, learn and create. And bring together theories, principles and tools; contents, practice and resolutions! It is based on three pillars:

• R&D in design (universities, design faculties and laboratories);
• People (users and consumers);
• The environment in Business (companies, enterprises and startups).

DFL aims to demonstrate products, services, cases and research (R&D) through lectures, debates and debates.
