The main objectives of workpackage 4 are to monitor the performance of the project, evaluate the expected outcomes and assess its potential impact. With this aim, data needs to be gathered that feed a set of monitoring criteria and impact metrics that have been developed in the initial stage of Made4You. For the appropriate data collection, a set of quantitative and qualitative data collection instruments have been elaborated which will help to evaluate the project’s performance at different time-points of the project.
With these project objectives as a starting point, this deliverable presents a methodology of how the project is evaluating its process and outcomes contributing to the achievement of these objectives. An integrated matrix of methods aligns the project objectives with specific evaluation questions, instruments for data gathering and impact indicators.
